The school has the right to reject applications that are

• Incomplete
• Incorrect/have wrong information
• Lacking required documents
• Received without the payment of the application fee.

1. Before submitting the online application form, applicants must upload the following scanned images:

• Child's passport-size photograph in JPG/JPEG/PDF format of a maximum of 400 KB
• Child's Community Certificate (except OC and 'Others' categories) in JPG/JPEG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB
• Child's Baptism Certificate (only for Catholic applicants) in JPG/JPEG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB
• Child's Birth Certificate in JPG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB
• Child's Current Residential Proof in JPG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB
• Child's Aadhaar card in JPG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB
• Parent’s Aadhaar card in JPG/PDF format of a maximum of 400KB

2. Uploading wrong/irrelevant/illegible documents will lead to the rejection of the application.

3. Editing/updating details on the application form will not be possible after submission

4. Applicants must pay the application fee through UPI payment like GPay, PayTM etc. via mobile. Please use UPI Id: qr.goodsheph@sib for your payment of Rs. 200/-.

5. Application fee will not be refunded on any account even if the application is rejected.

6. Information regarding applicants called for admission interview will be uploaded on the school website.

7. Applicants are instructed to attend the interview on the date and time given. Being called for an interview does not guarantee admission.

8. No information will be sent to the applicants who have not been called for the interview/have not been provisionally selected.

9. Selected applicants must pay the prescribed fees and submit their original certificates with photocopies on the date and time specified. Late Payment will not be accepted.

10. The School Management hereby declares that it doesn’t accept any donations. Please do not give any donation to anyone in connection with ADMISSION.
